Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Your trust matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how [Legal entity name] ("Kachy", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Kachy's websites, applications, and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: your email address and basic profile details you provide.
- Wallet and payment information: a wallet address provisioned for you, and records of payments, refunds, and balances.
- Identity and verification information: where verification is required, identity details that you provide and that are processed by our verification providers.
- Order information: the items you request, Kachy Offers, execution details, and order status.
- Support and communications: messages you send us and our responses.
- Device and usage information: log data, device identifiers, approximate location, and cookies or similar technologies.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service, including evaluating supply paths and executing your mandates.
- Process payments and protect your orders.
- Verify identity and prevent fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity.
- Communicate with you about your orders, account, and support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. How we share information
We share information with:
- Supply, commerce, and fulfillment partners, as needed to complete and deliver your orders.
- Payment and wallet infrastructure providers that enable secure payments and protection.
- Identity-verification, on-ramp, and off-ramp providers, where applicable.
- Service providers that support our operations, such as hosting, analytics, and customer support.
- Legal and compliance recipients, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
5. Selling of personal information
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Anonymous requests on Discover
When you create a web request, you can choose whether to share an anonymous summary on Discover. This choice is enabled by default and can be turned off before submission. Requests received through MCP or an API are shared only when that integration explicitly asks us to share them.
Before a request is published, Kachy checks the summary for contact details, links, wallet addresses, address expressions, account names, and prohibited or sensitive products. Product size and approved conditions may be shown with the anonymous summary. Your identity and delivery destination are not included. A request that does not pass this check remains private and can still be processed by Kachy.
You can withdraw a shared request. Withdrawal removes it from Live Requests and from other users' saved requests. Kachy may retain the underlying private mandate as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure usage, and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
For Live Requests analytics, we record the public request identifier, source, placement, and a broad age range. We do not send the request text, user identifier, size, country, or budget to our product analytics provider.
8. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it is held.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection when transferred across borders.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@kachy.app. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
12. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
