What if the item never shows up, or shows up wrong?+
Report the problem before the confirmation window closes. On kachy-protected routes, payment stays held while the issue is reviewed and a valid claim is refunded. Every offer shows its protection route before you accept.

Kachy compares available sources against your product, size and condition. It then rechecks the source, total price and availability before presenting one offer you can accept or decline.
What does kachy make on this?+
Any kachy fee or margin is included in the total shown on the offer before you accept. The amount can vary by fulfillment route, but it is never added after your approval.
Do I need to know anything about crypto?+
No. You review the total and payment protection in the app. When a route uses USDC, kachy guides the payment flow and shows where the money is held without requiring you to understand the underlying network.
